Nip (or is it Nap)I remember watching Nip on my at husky stadium while being recruited to UW. He would hit that outside edge and then you would see the safety coming over with the perfect pursuit angle. It was like Nip just sensed his presence as he kicked on another level of speed that just pulled away. Or the Nebraska game when was juking back and forth breaking several ankles and leaving jocks hanging all over the field. I had the opportunity to be teammates with CD and that guy was a pure grinder. He would run over you, around you, and would always get that extra yard after being tackled. If CD was more than a one and done he would have been an animal.

DillonI give the nod to Dillon. No running back at UW was ever so dominant on the field. He also got into the end zone more than any other before him. If I have any criticism of Kaufman it would be he had many fine runs that ended inside the 5 yard line, not the end zone.
Also, I notice people that say Nip will also qualify it by saying "because he played 4 years". If you have to qualify something, it isn't the best. -
DillonDillon. Fast RBs are a gimmick. Dillon killed defenses the right way. Dillon also averaged 18 yards a reception. Nip averaged 6. Obviously Nip had the 4 year career, but best player for one year? Dillon. He demoralized teams that year.
