    Washington:

    Gil Dobie to Navy
    Darrell Royal to Texas
    Seven to USC

I thought Suzzzalo fired Gloomy Gil?
Ask Race, as that was long before my time. Ditto Royal.

James turned down the NFL a few times. UW kept throwing money at him to keep him

Rick allegedly got offers. Babs threw him out just for cruising the bars and looking at other women

Imagine being given a $5,000 raise and consider that having money thrown at you.

This is a false equivalency - UW hasn’t had a coach perform well enough other than Pete to be wanted, and Pete quit on UW. Sark dipped on UW first chance he had. Would anyone really be surprised if Kalen performs well here, and in a few years if one of the better Big 10 jobs opens up he leaves?

durrr, thanks for getting it. Oregon has had a bunch of successful coaches, but don't forget kids, the run is now officially over! 4 Rose Bowel(or 2001 equivalent) wins from 4 coaches in 20 years at Oregon.
