Well, the prosecution definitely went to a top tier law school and learned that a key element of a self-defense argument is that you can't have a gun. The entire prosecution team should be disbarred. Hopefully, there is one honest jury member in this case.

Rittenhouse's defense counsel hasn't been that great. They should have hit the fucking roof in response to that. They also allowed the prosecution to argue "facts" that not only weren't in evidence, they were counter to their own medical expert's testimony regarding where Rosenbaum's hand was in relationship to the gun.
