Out here in the burbs we had the local police stopping people from using the vacant local schools for tennis and dog walking. Spend a lot of their time enforcing seat belts and cell phones in cars. Then toss in that the West Linn police are incompetent racists (only cost a million+). Had a neighbor written up for parking the wrong way as he got his mail.GrundleStiltzkin said: -

It’s not a stupid take, but it has been a mixed bag. My county’s sheriff was early in saying, “Yeah, fuck off Jay, not enforcing any of this.” Frankly I’m having a hard tim thinking of egregious enforcement in Washington, although I’m sure it’s happened, probably in Seattle. The worst people during this entire mask fiasco have been the employees/customers acting as the police. Well, thinking they are the police.
I ran across that part at least 5 times at a Fred Meyer, a seafood market*, grocery store, clothing store*, and a restaurant*.
*Left because I just did not want to spend my money there. -

Another ticketed me for failure to come to a complete stop at a 4 way. I asked for his definition of a complete stop. He read it to me, I told him that's exactly what I did as he handed me a ticket. Also told him I saw him in the porking lot where he was hiding near the 4 way so I made sure I stopped.
Ex-Wife told me to zip it. Fat little shit on his motor bike. FTG. She later got pulled over a few blocks from our place for going 5mph over the limit. I told her that's why I gave bike cop shit, they just F with people in that town.
