Starts with a subtle jab at Petersen for not being forthcoming on the reasons for dismissal ...

Then says that he's a NFL caliber player that hopefully gets another shot ... but he better learn to play by the rules (rules that may or may not have been fair by Petersen if you read the jab) ...

Says Farria wasn't that big and was potentially buried on the depth chart as it was so it might not be a big loss unless it ends up being a big loss ...

Then looks at the future of the position by going TBS while ignoring Jaylen Johnson and any of his look-a-likes from last seasons class that haven't even practiced yet as if they aren't in the discussion ...

I'd say that it's a piss poor article ... but it's par for the course from Ektard who would be better served teaching HS kids how to write words into their papers to satisfy word/length requirements without changing what they are (or really aren't) saying in the article to begin with.

    How about by writing about a DT commit, then talking about how it impacts where Petersen may go TBS in the future, and then turns and talks about DEs?

They couldn't watch practice and decipher what was actually happening , hence what to write about on dawgman practice reports.
