Not something he'll chime in on. The Xs and Os are his wheelhouse and are there for everyone to digest. We can certainly infer that Jen's hiring process was a disaster, but there's nothing to actually break down there.

The coach's code says the outgoing head coach isn't going to veto a member of his own staff as his replacement if the alternative is hiring someone from the outside.
