Saying Cauchi or whatever the fuck her name is won’t have the balls to fire Cohen is fair. I agree that there is a very small chance she fires a woman in a power position or that she really even cares enough about the football team (men’s basketball team to a lesser extent) to be proactive and do what’s best for the University.

The UW corporate culture has little to do with being woke and everything to do with ass covering on an institutional scale
The Prez and the AD made the calls to get us here. There is a logical and understandable reluctance to take the hit for it. People do tend to ask - well if you guys made and signed off on the hires that got us here why should you get the next shot? I mean everyone here thinks that.
So they tend to dig in. I really don't think Jimmy's color has much if any to do with it. UW has hired and fired a Black coach and hired another one. Assuming we still want to be a color blind society we should treat this as a coaching issue not a race issue because it is. Jimmy will get fired and will have earned it on this trajectory. No coach is getting fired after 2 games of his second year. That doesn't mean that wouldn't be a ballsy move but short of a scandal it just doesn't happen
People got mad at me for saying Ty was a nice guy after I met him. Fact is he was. It wasn't personal.

Sometimes we do struggle to hold the edge and our LB’s and safeties miss plays they should make, but not having any difference makers at DT or the real problem. They are all four star recruits. It’s why the leveling up bullshit makes me so mad. -
