Resumes are racist
What do people think they gain from diversity? Like why is it such a goal?

lowering the workforce by applying diversity (or qualified people told to hit the road) it evens out the pay inequality issue. Dumb people start making more money.
it also creates jobs. As the dumber diverse workforce creates products you need more and more people to correct and sustain the business. That gets too expensive for the original company who in turn off load the work to fix the product to a different dumber and more diverse company.
This enables the government to grow to keep an eye on all the new companies to ensure they have employed a diverse workforce.
This could go on and on for years, similar to the past 40 years in the US of A

Hiring stupid purple just costs more money for less production. Everyone losses except the dumbshit!

Let’s see how showing up to a job interview without resume works out for people.

Several years back, Seattle banned criminal background checks on people prior to making a job offer. I think Michigan, or a city in Michigan, did the same years ago. They found that there was actually MORE "discrimination" against minorities who had no issues in their past because removing the ability to do the background check meant that recruiters paid closer attention to people's names. The implication being that DeSean would no longer even get a sniff at an interview. So, the law meant to help minorities actually ended up doing them even more harm.

Wait. So you’re saying that guilty white liberals have no concept of unintended consequences?
Next thing you are going to try to sell me is that they move on from the last mess they created, with no shame, just to create another! -
Get rid of the interview too which is also racist. How are black people suppose to afford cars or a computer?greenblood said:Let’s see how showing up to a job interview without resume works out for people.

Any tool or yardstick that doesn't explicitly take into account the color of person being measured, and doesn't reward that person if they are black and punish that person if they are Asian or white is obviously racist. That's why credit scores are racist. Mortgage acceptance rates are racist. School dropout rates are racist. None of these have anything to do with race. In the case of credit scores and mortgage acceptance rates no one even knows your race. But if black folks end up on the wrong end of these numbers then they racist. And to the left, if you even attempt to have an honest discussion about any of this then you're a racist.CuntWaffle said:

Just accept the fact, resumes are racist.
