Nemec said last week that McMillan is one of the best receivers to come from the west coast in years. Said he is better than Franklin and Thornton. Excellent athlete. Great addition to the class. Plus he doesn’t end up at usc.
Oregon may also be working on Kevin Coleman, the #2 receiver in the class. -
