Why hasn't all of the video been released Dazzler? No one is denying that there was some violence that day, but most of the people there were non-violent and had no idea about what was going on at other locations around the Capitol. The video the authorities don't want released out of security concerns can still be reviewed by a judge in camera and any potentially exculpatory evidence, if there actually is any, can be provided to the defense. So far we've seen some defendants claim they peacefully entered only to be contradicted by video evidence showing that they clearly did not.SFGbob said:

The easily "caught up in the moment" have attorneys. They can go ahead and seek production of the videos if they think it's BS. And in any event, they are entitled to any exculpatory evidence even if there are security concerns.
