I don't think I'm being a quook in saying this, but I think Alabama might have had more motivation to get up and play in a game against Oregon than a game against the Okie homos. Either way it was a bowl they obviously didn't want to be in.PurpleJ said:

That bowl could have taken Oregon (though Oregon would not have deserved to play in it) over the Okes, but money and geography played a role in making it not happen (as well as Oregon's fowl late season play).PurpleJ said:

Remember, most UO fans never went to UO or any other community college for that matter. Most of the stadium is filled with billy's from the hill who coasted in on SCMITT fumes to the gravel parking lot.
