Bob Stooper declares his conference format worthy of a playoff spot...

in Hardcore Husky Board
...because they play 9 conference games and a "10th game" vs a quality non-con opponent which makes it similar to a conference playoff game. He said "most teams pl. only an 8-game schedule then a conference championship..." clearly the pouty lipped soount wasn't talking about the best conference in the land (pac 12), which plays the most difficult 9 - game conference schedule in the country + 1 non-con game vs the best teams in the country (sometimes 2 if you're USC, UCLA, Stanford and traditionally Washington) + a conference championship game (vs the best or 2nd best team in the conference). That's 12 games against the best competition in the country +ONLY 2 cuntcakes.
The 3rd best conference (BIG 10) plays a similar 12 - game schedule (plus 2 cuntcakes)

Stooper must have been referring to the SEC, which plays 8 conference games (4 of which are vs questionable SEC competition) + 4 cuntcakes and a championship game = 5-6 difficult games a year. Stoops was right if referring to the SEC, but needs to look at OU's schedule before making these bullshit comparisons considering the Pac 12 and Big 10 ' s playoff worthy schedules. OU'S schedule to follow:

TENNESSEE (a fraction of former self)
@ W. Virginia (similar to playing Cal)
@ TCU (just lost best player on team)

@TT (might be competitive)
Kansas (OU need not show up
OSU (at home, might be competitive)
+ No Conference Championship

Hardly a playoff schedule. Ya still think you don't need a conference championship Stoops? This schedule is comedy. Certain to be 12-0 if Stoops can still coach.

The big12 needs a championship game or they're fucked

    This will be a quook post but....fuck Oklahomo. And fuck the CFB establishment that set up the Bama vs Oklahomo game. They could gave the fans the game people wanted to see. Instead they chose a boring as fuck game that would fatten their wallets.

    Playing WVU is more similar to playing UW under Sark. Lots of offense, not too much defense and subject to 2-3 plungers per year.

    I don't think I'm being a quook in saying this, but I think Alabama might have had more motivation to get up and play in a game against Oregon than a game against the Okie homos. Either way it was a bowl they obviously didn't want to be in.

    That bowl could have taken Oregon (though Oregon would not have deserved to play in it) over the Okes, but money and geography played a role in making it not happen (as well as Oregon's fowl late season play).

    Remember, most UO fans never went to UO or any other community college for that matter. Most of the stadium is filled with billy's from the hill who coasted in on SCMITT fumes to the gravel parking lot.
