What part of that team has anything to do with football? He is being used by Jen to help coaches with leadership. You can make up whatever fantasy you want in your head but the reality is Jimmy has full control of the football program. The one thing Jen does know how to do is get the hell out of the way of the football coaches way. She did nothing as petersen’s boss nor has she as Jimmy’s. There’s never any pressure on the guy running the show.
To further prove her incompetence though they made two bullshit hires after begging for money. She is worthless and dumb. Fascinating stuff. -
