“ Communism is soaring in popularity. More than one in three millennials view communism favorably. So does nearly 30 percent of Generation Z. Millennials’ support for communism grew by almost 10 percentage points over the past year.”

    Bullshit

Feel free to post facts Thats say otherwise

Another article citing the same "survey" by the same organization doesn't impress me. Thought you gals all subscribed to the theory that organizations seek to justify their own existences; which they typically do, btw.
Post one that counters it then. You sound like Hondo when he needed to see it in the Huffpo before he believe it.

Do you have anything other than ad hominem? If so, let’s see it.

Imagine being on the side of socialism and communism.

You and TKS ANTFA buddies seem to be fans.

When you get sick of reaching and flailing for low lying fruit. I’m here to offer some education. Look me up sometime. It will be enlightening for you.

The communists co opted the environment movement some time ago. The Dazzler missed it

Key goals outlined in the Portland Resolution include:

    • redefine our economies and call for an end to the fossil fuel era
    • develop and implement curriculum that addresses climate change and climate justice in all Portland Public Schools (pre-K through 12th grade)
    • all students should see themselves as activists and leaders for social justice and environmental justice

What does the PPS mandate for “all students” to see themselves as activists for social justice and environmental justice entail? What does social justice mean? Facing the Future, one of the leading Education for Sustainability groups, defines social justice as:

“Social justice is the movement towards eliminating oppression and ultimately achieving equality in the distribution of goods and wealth among all groups in a society.”

Training “all students” to be social justice activists requires every student to conform and to adopt the political belief that ‘all wealth and goods must be distributed equally’ within our society.

In other words, brainwash innocent children and train students to be political activists so they will vote to impose social justice policies as adults.

What Would It Take To Achieve Social Justice?

Before ‘all wealth and goods’ could be distributed equally, ‘all wealth and goods’ would first have to be seized and controlled. Achieving social justice would require dictatorial power over the American people.

The CIA (United States Central Intelligence Agency) defines a Communist system of government as:

“Communist – a system of government in which the state plans and controls the economy and a single – often authoritarian – party holds power; state controls are imposed with the elimination of private ownership of property or capital while claiming to make progress toward a higher social order in which all goods are equally shared by the people.”

Communism eliminates “private ownership of property or capital” to control people and is based on the idea that all wealth and “all goods are equally shared”. Social justice is communism.

    Deflection and denial incoming

And that was from a cursory search

    BUT IT ISN'T HAPPENING!!!!

Before anyone forgets, the thesis of the TugCons is that our schools (and other Institutions?) "continuously" teach that the "real Communism" is good, and beneficial presumably.

Challenged to provide examples, they point to a few left-leaning statements and {shudder!} environmentalism.
    So is "real communism" good?
    I don't think that.

Maybe the anonymous people who "continuously" say that think so.
So we shouldn't teach Marxism in public schools?
Not as an aspiration. But that's not happening, so no problem.

So then you agree that public schools should oppose teaching and promoting self admitted Marxist BLM values?

The dazzler doesn't feel it's a voting issue because of high character. As a claimed conservative, he looks to Bill Kristol because of high character on who to vote for. When Bill says to vote for a dementia patient bought and paid for by the chicoms who unleashed the chicom crud on the world, that's the high character move.

It’s not REAL Communism though. Not the utopia kind that we are looking into.

That's what is so frustrating is that for decades, since the 1960s that line has been continuously used but for some reason it always ends up like Cambodia or Venezuela or marxist Chile. But REAL history isn't taught anymore.
Where were all you butt hurt reactionaries "educated"? There are sure a lot of things said "continuously" that were never said anywhere I went to school.
You haven't been in high school since Carter was in office. Fuck off.
Oh, you heard this in high school. Funny, my kids have all been to high school. Where is this Hellish indoctrination about "the real Communism" taking place?
I heard that you haven't been in high school since Carter was in office? What the fuck are you talking about Dazzler?
It happens "continuously". But none of the girls can name any names or provide any specifics.
    Mr. Hands Up, Don’t Shoot:

I remember you from The Shed, Counselor.

Your father was a retired school teacher. You spilled your age. You’re old enough to collect social security. Figure the math. You most likely graduated from high school during the Carter administration.

Law degree and MBA from UW . . . How many times did we hear that? Flunked your Bar exam the first time . . .

Based on many years of posting, I can state with certainty that you skipped or slept through criminal law classes during law school.

    Signed, (Retired) “Mall Cop”

BTW: The Counselor is seriously trolling in this thread. He’s not smart, but he can’t possibly be this ignorant. He likes attention, even if it’s negative.
