    Went to highschool over there, mildly shitty 20 years ago, sounds full blown shitty now.

    They must not get out much . . . Delta Park, Laurelhurst Park, under freeway overpasses, etc.

    Garbage everywhere near homeless encampments.

    Apparently, the Oregon legislature passed a bill that will allow the homeless legal access to publicly owned property.
