I got a fuck ton of free capital (taxable ofc) to invest with! Im a broke college kid so this actually gave me a head start!
I wish you good luck. But I’ll remind you that you have oodles of time to let things grow.

    I’ve made 48k off AMC...

If you're going to pop off about those kind of gains then we're going to need to see screenshots
Sold off 13.5k earlier today and put 5k into cardano but
I’m glad to see you can afford a phone charger.

Naw they haven’t covered yet and there’s naked shorts that have gone unreported. Melt up was strictly based on consumer demand.

In other note made some good on $WYNN $SPY and $CLOV options calls today. Made some money from a $GTT put option. Monitoring $sens $leds $anvs and $ally

We got a gamma squeeze during the melt up with so many calls going into the money + demand.

Why do I feel like you're talking about a gamma squeeze without understanding what it is

Short interest on AMC now down to 11% or something...it’s strictly the algorithms and high-frequency and day traders piling on the back of the Reddit crowd. Can’t picture any of them sticking around for a long period of time but assuming the craziness could continue for a little while.

There's little to no short interest on AMC. Karen Finerman worked the phones yesterday and found ample supply to borrow for shorting from Goldman and Morgan Stanley and quoted interest rates between 1% to 7%.

AMC is going to get to $100

Hurts my heart to see GME back at $300. Cost basis was $30 and sold during the crash at $88 to salvage something. Was up 100k on a ~8k initial investment

I'd take profits at $850 or sell ATM or ITM calls.

I don’t care. Money is money. Market fundamentalists are weeping.

As my prof(who helped invent high frequency trading) enjoyed telling us. In a recession everything tends to be correlated to -1.

Make sure you're diversifying out of just stocks and crypto while the sun is shining. Buy a shitty starter house or condo. Buy some commodities. Shit, go hang out in rural Thailand for six months while day trading. Bubbles do burst. Have something to show for it when it inevitably does.

The real value is that you're learning to invest and play the game at a young age.

Bought back in on AMC @ $49.30. Let's see if I can make a quick $3-4 a share by the end of the day.

Sold at $51 and change. Not much, but it pays for a nice meal out.

A nice summer salad with crisp green apple slices, blue cheese crumbles and candied walnuts and an oaky Chardonnay? That’s a nice meal defined.
