Appeasement never works

Dimon was yet another rich guy running his mouth DURING A PANDEMIC about how the little folks should live. Chase is currently shifting construction to "underserved" areas to set up community centers and get lots of local media to fawn over them. Chase shifted to affirmative action contracting (private business) in another grand show of concern.
And yet he's now as useless as Mitt and the rest of the idiots. First ones to go in front of the firing sqwad.

I see all these commercials for free checking and no fees, etc. I don’t think I’ve ever had to pay a bank fee in my life, even when I was poor.
Do banks really get rich off of the checking account fees? Seems way more likely they get rich by offering loans that they don’t hold on their own books and credit card processing and interest. I think it’s a made up narrative. Too lazy to confirm. -
Overdraft fees are hefty which is a good reason to avoid them. It is hard to believe that you could make a fortune or "line your pockets" off them unless there are a lot of fuck ups out thereBob_C said:I see all these commercials for free checking and no fees, etc. I don’t think I’ve ever had to pay a bank fee in my life, even when I was poor.

My offer to Chase for my accounts is this - nothing. I pay no fees -
Unless it is a business account, you have to opt into overdraft fees some would rather pay the fee and get the bill paid.

The movie sets at Gitmo are believable. They make it look like she really still has her own office, or as if she is at home.RaceBannon said:Chase Bank uber hero Jamie Dimon got raked today by Who The Indian? on overdraft fees collected DURING A PANDEMIC

In college I did some banking. You would have drunk people come in and there account be -2K from a bad check they wrote at a casino but would blame “bank fees” and demand the money reimbursed.
