You do understand that section 8 units are always a small percentage of a luxury building's total units, right? I've marked you down as not answering the question.SFGbob said:
But separately, why are you now so certain that that unit is a low-income housing unit?
Because if the DC city government is anything like the city governments in SF and Oakland and Berkeley they aren't allowing any residential high rise/multi-unit apartments to be built without a certain number of units set aside as low income housing. And the fact that I found that particular Apartment complex does take people using Section 8 vouchers.
So tell me how the government forcing you to rent to people using Section 8 vouchers isn't like public housing?
Strawman, ass, Kunt, dodging, something like that. Did I do it right? -
Why should anyone be force to take section 8?GreenRiverGatorz said:

No, I don't understand that at all that's why I've said:GreenRiverGatorz said:

And let me help you out Kunt, this is what not answering a question looks like:
So tell me how the government forcing you to rent to people using Section 8 vouchers isn't like public housing? -
Speaking of strawman ass fucks. I never said anything about the "projects."GreenRiverGatorz said:
What's the difference between the projects and low income subsidized units in a luxury building? A fucking lot. I'm also still waiting to hear why you're so certain this one unit was section 8.SFGbob said:
If the government is paying and or subsidizing the rent and telling you, that you have to take people using Section 8 vouchers what the fuck is the difference?GreenRiverGatorz said:
Well I'm glad we established that it's not public housing. Very big of you to admit that. But separately, why are you now so certain that that unit is a low-income housing unit?SFGbob said:
Okay, now show me that the low income housing requirements for that unit to constructed weren't enforced.GreenRiverGatorz said:
Lol. The address of the apartment building is 1150 4th St SW. You're even squirellier than usual trying to backtrack on this one.SFGbob said:GreenRiverGatorz said:
This is the building. I'm not surprised you assumed it was public housing.SFGbob said:
I get the impression that he was a just younger guy that came by to get some tail from time to time. The woman appears to be quite a few years older than the perp. She's also a real peach. "Get this bitch out of my house." Your tax dollars at work. Appears to also be a new public housing unit.Alexis said:She was remarkably calm when her man just got shot right in front of her.

And that building also includes DC city government offices, making the likelihood that many if not all of the residential units in that building are subsidized housing. Do you have a point? What makes you think there aren't subsidized housing units in that complex? It's mixed used building containing City of DC government offices. -
Question is right on topic and one that you're dodging like a Kunt.GreenRiverGatorz said:

GRG thinks that the government should be able to force you to take Section 8 vouchers and dictate to you what you are allowed to rent your units out for but he doesn't consider that to be "public" housing.Sledog said:

I make right turns. You didn't answer the question why would anyone be forced to include low income housing in a private project? Answer up stop dodging and deflecting.GreenRiverGatorz said:

Kunt bump, what the fuck happened to GRG? Such a mouthy little bitch right up until he is asked a question.
