One of those things that the left never wants to talk about, but given the large amount of unsolved black gang member killings I would assume that the percentage of whiter murders who are convicted is much larger than the percentage of black murderers who are convicted. Could be crooks use bicycles and not wearing a helmet is probable cause for a stop by police. It's called police work. A cop always wants to know who's moving around in his beat. Tweakers/crack heads use and steal bikes like crazy. People don't pay much attention to people on bikes. They'll steal your shit.

My bike was stolen five years ago. Anyway, I saw it Downtown about a week later. I was on my lunch break and thought about calling the police, but I doubt anyone would come for a missing bike. If someone did, it would take an hour, and there wasn't enough time for that. -
