There were fine people on both sides of that day.

I disavow and condemn the woketards and progressives. Racist and anti-american.

Abolishing something doesn’t mean abolishing the concept. Getting rid of the police doesn’t mean no criminal justice. It means our current system is beyond reform and needs to be replaced.

You should know this. It was already explained a number of times with abolish ice but you refuse to listen. But thank you for pointing out just how much security a left wing politician needs, to keep her safe from people like you, in order to make this non point.

You really suck. That made no sense. Keep trying though. I need laughs.

False premise. There’s a flaw in something so like, let’s abolish EVERYTHING and start over with some dipshit utopian ‘thing’
This has never worked well. Ask someone who left Cambodia about that notion. It’s funny but also not funny.

Hundreds of millions of police interactions per year where people follow the laws and do what the police officers asks them to do and you, being the village idiot, believes the system is "beyond reform".

Does one need to be a dipshit to be a liberal or does being a liberal make one a non-thinking dipshit?
    Doogie Story Time...happened last week:
Homeless dude came into my office building and wanted to sleep on a couch. Office manager said no, you can't do that. Guy went Ape Shit swearing, threatening etc. Office Manager calls local homeless resource group because that's what some people do in Tacompton. They come out. Homeless dude starts threatening outreach woke social psychologists. Office Manager calls 911. 5 cop cars, 1 ambulance, and a firetruck show up. Cops end up wrestling the guy to the ground, cuffing him, and they put him on a stretcher with straps and roll him into the ambulance. I like cops. Glad they were there.
Progs don’t want to hear that! Also, why didn’t they shoot him in the leg?

“Look how many times they didn’t kill someone” is a great argument and all but there are more problems with police than just how many people they murder.

Fuck off. What a bullshit expectation of utopia. Life ain't fair, chump. Grow up.

Go take the trust money and live on an island if you want perfect. Like Mercer Island where mommy can bring you meatloaf.

The police, as we know it, have only existed for like a hundred years. The idea that we can’t possibly do better and anyone looking for better wants a utopia is idiotic. Almost as dumb as thinking Biden is going to ban meat.
First off with the numbers I just gave you, the system is working. The 4 deaths in the last year or you rats have so callously used to advance your politics, all involved criminals who refused the commands of officers. But lets take this to another level. Since 6 % of the population (black males) is responsible for 53% of the homicides and violent crime in t his country you must have a serious problem with them right?

    Hypocrite.
Didn’t take long for a version of 13/50 to make an appearance.
    Well?

Yeah someone might try to commit suicide by cop at the left wing softball game

    Just one bad apple.
    13/50. Your response?

There were. And he condemned Neo-Nazis and White Nationalists that day.

Are you really so gullible as to believe otherwise? Still?

It's called the "Fine People Hoax" for a reason.

And that reason remains beyond your grasp.

All those resources on a guy when all that was needed was a bat to the head.

Kobe and the rest of the left feed a steady diet to the black community that they aren't responsible for the crime they commit, it's systemic white racism that's to blame not you. They encourage disrespect and hostility to the cops through BLM and Antifa thus increasing the number of people who feel it's perfectly acceptable to resist arrest and fight the cops. Then when the level of conflict increases they point to it and say "see, see, the system doesn't work."

It’s fair to say that there is room for improvement in literally every government entity. At the end of the day, it’s the job the police to protect us from ourselves and each other. There are good cops and there are bad cops. I’d wager that the former our number the latter by a wide margin, and that the recent ACAB ideology that is not only condoned, but supported and championed by vocal members of the DNC leadership such as Ms Cortez, is absolutely poisonous toward any sort of discourse that would allow us to work toward improving upon a system as large and necessary as public law enforcement.

It is my belief that no one should ever die at the hands of a police officer while in custody, which is why the Floyd case was so troubling. As to officer-involved shootings, I also believe that taking someone’s life is literally the 2nd to last thing that a patrolman wants to have happen when he or she wakes up in the morning to go to work. Better training and better candidates are needed to avoid/limit those kinds of interactions, and that means more funding, not less.

Also, It amazes me that the left points at a failing public education sector and yells that we need more money for a system that already spends more per student than any other in the world, and at the same time looks at a fairly successful system of law enforcement and says we need to defund it either drastically or totally because a vocal and militant arm of their voter base has millions of followers on Twitter and Instagram.

Get a fucking clue, people. When it comes to government enterprise, you get what you pay for....if you’re lucky.

Ringing endorsement for giving the Government MORE $$$

<10 unarmed black men get killed by cops each year. <4 weren't resisting arrest.

So here we are debating an issue that might affect 2 out of 330 million people in any given year.

    The Media has Won.

Well, at least we've found something with less statistical probability than dying of the VID.

I'm afraid this doesn't ring true In Seattle, where the more we spend, the worse our government performs.

Just to piss of the Slobberer who is owned by the chicoms and government unions. Money is not the problem. It's the government unions, including police unions.

IMMIGRATION DETENTION: Not sure why the Left spends so much of its energies opposing privately owned and operated immigration detention facilities, as but NPR notes, they’re still at it. Part of it is apparently inspired by labor unions. They get a better deal from the feds.

The private facilities I’ve inspected on behalf of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights were nicer than the government-owned facilities. The astonished look on the faces of my Progressive colleagues when we toured a private facility near San Antonio was priceless.

Replace all cops with taser drones on a public streaming channel. 24/7 security, no pension or healthcare worries and they work 24/7/365 without ever taking a break
