    Asian/Pacific Islander cyclists, however, receive infractions at rates 10 times lower than white cyclists. Municipal Court records do not distinguish between white and Latino/Hispanic individuals.

    One of those things that the left never wants to talk about, but given the large amount of unsolved black gang member killings I would assume that the percentage of whiter murders who are convicted is much larger than the percentage of black murderers who are convicted. That would be disproportionate and certainly a sign of systemic institutional white racism.

    Those who do it are stupid. And there's a lot of stupidity in the PNW. So lots of people think it means or proves something it doesn't.

    Could be crooks use bicycles and not wearing a helmet is probable cause for a stop by police. It's called police work. A cop always wants to know who's moving around in his beat. Tweakers/crack heads use and steal bikes like crazy. People don't pay much attention to people on bikes. They'll steal your shit.
