I have no idea if you're a lefty, you certainly don't appear to be a lefty, but if you sat on your hands this past election or you voted for Biden you do deserve some of the blame for what's happening now.

1) One individual vote living in the State of Washington doesn’t mean much .. so any thought of “deserving blame” is hyperbole to begin with

2) I made a vote in the Presidential election and didn’t sit on my hands

3) As I’ve said before, I’d challenge anybody to find any evidence that would suggest that I voted for Biden

I have no idea if you voted for Biden. Only you know if you did. And no, you don't deserve significant blame if you did vote for Biden or didn't vote for Trump but you're not entirely blameless either.

Reality is that living in Washington your vote really doesn’t matter

In fact your vote really doesn’t matter unless you live in about 6-8 states

I’d like to explore some election reform that makes all votes in all states matter ...

Agreed, I live in California. But I wouldn't be blameless if I had voted for Biden or sat on my hands.

I’d like to explore some kind of proportionality introduced (I.e. if you win 65% of the vote in California you get 65% of EC total) or ECs based on congressional districts where each congressional district is worth 1 EC and winning the overall vote in the state is worth 2

Anything that makes every voter feel like they are empowered in the election process

Moreover, it should make it more difficult to have any targeted perception of impropriety given that you can’t just throw all resources into Atlanta, etc
