The cop in all likelihood saved the life of a young black woman by his quick action. In a sane world he'd be hailed as a hero. This is proof positive that the Rats believe their supporters are stupid and that they won't mind being lied to.

If you were trying to incite a race war and sow more seeds of destruction in our society right now, how would you act any differently then the Rats are now behaving? Biden the great unifier could have easily promoted this as an example of how tough police work really is, and how they are forced at times to make awful split second decisions.
