The other channels I wait a few to see if they are making political comments then mute it. Lots of the games I record and then can fast forward thru replays and commentary.

Sports should be about competition, learning how to be be part of a team, learning the importance of self improvement especially when others are counting on you, learning how to lead, learning how to win, learning self reflection after failing, and a whole lot more without being about jamming political views down everyone's throats.
