I’m almost done with sports period. This shit is getting old, and it’s happening in almost every fucking sport.

The games are still the same. Needing sports to pander to your political views is pretty stupid.
How about being apolitical? All this shit is just pushing swing voters away from Dimocrats, who have turned into even bigger fags.

At least for me it has nothing to do with pandering to my political views ...

Instead it’s that if I wanted political talk I’d watch a political program ... separating sports and politics right now isn’t particularly easy and that’s largely tied to the broadcasts not the players
I'm with you, it's obnoxious. But nobody is boycotting sports because of it. And if they do they're fags.

That’s not at all what I was saying. I don’t want any politics in sports, mine or otherwise.
I would prefer it that way myself, but it is what it is. The games are still the same. Nobody gives a fuck in the 4th quarter of a close game.
It's not like I turn the channel and listen to stuff. They push it in your face directly during the game.

He didn't say he needed sports to pander to his political views. You completely missed the point.

The wokeness in sports (and elsewhere) is extremely political and divisive. Sports should be about competition, learning how to be be part of a team, learning the importance of self improvement especially when others are counting on you, learning how to lead, learning how to win, learning self reflection after failing, and a whole lot more without being about jamming political views down everyone's throats. I'm with @EsophagealFeces on this one. I'm done. I'll pay attention again when/if we get to a point where sports aren't being used as a political platform. For now fuck them, fuck them all.

The GOP is showing some backbone for the first time in their miserable, pathetic lives

"Repairing" election systems that aren't broken is key!
Dems in Georgia spent years claiming the system was corrupt and whining about non-existent ‘’voter purges’
