There's no problem teaching Critical Race THEORY. Theories should be held up to vigorous examination and debate.

It's when it is presented as Critical Race FACT that we's gonna have a problem.

Right, do you think he knows or cares about the difference between the two?

I don't really care what the governor of Florida thinks. I don't live there. They can vote him off they don't like that stance.

Do you think the high school and middle school teachers who are pushing this crap know the difference? They aren't teaching whites are racist or that systemic racism infects all of American as a theory, they are teaching it as an established fact.
And demanding buy in from the students.

And DeSantis understands the damage this is doing. Major kudos to him for killing it where it is doing the most damage. Would love to see a DeSantis/Noem ticket in 2024.

Ron on point as usual. Trumps instincts were right in cancelling it, but his messaging on it was terrible. Someone needs to explain it all and the desired outcomes to the masses, many people have no idea what is going on with this nonsense.

Most people that even know who he is will assume he's a racist like Trump

    The narrative

Again, there hasn’t been a Republican Presidential candidate since Nixon in 1960 that the Rats haven’t accused of being a racist. Dole, Romney, both Bush’s and of course Reagan were all Racists according to the Rats.

Well an interesting thing happened today...

Earlier today, the top story on CNN was a fairly favorable article on Florida and DeSantis' policies. My theory is CNN needs a whipping boy and it won't be effective if he's not a household name. They'll prop him up and cover him trying to build him up so they can later attack him.

    https://www.cnn.com/2021/03/17/politics/ron-desantis-covid-florida/index.html

The trump vacuum is a big problem for them. On top of that, eyeballs are dropping which is resulting in ad revenue dropping. CNN needs a new enemy.

I was watching the NBC nightly news last night and Lester Holt reported that there was no better Covid outcome in heavy lock down state like CA vs FL. Nice to see balls and strikes being called.

No doubt they will, @mellodawg is already on board with nonsensical no backup attacks. Ron’s got the best record of anybody right now, and it’s going to look better and better, he’s going to be a hard target. Heard him on some podcast back in the summer, he actually has looked at the data and science and formed unlike the lockdown governors who were promised bailouts.

I was going to write a mini rant on the topic and after writing it out decided not to post it because it just doesn’t feel right now that as a society we’re able to have difficult conversations in a productive manner.

The Trump vacuum is definitely a problem for the MSM. Which is why no Republicans should raise their head any higher than required to do their job now. Even Trump should later guys for a couple months.

If they are smart enough to do this, then the MSM will have no other red meat other than the current President. Let them eat their own.

Fucking this. With no obvious public enemy, they will create one, and will likely start taking down useful idiots, a la Cuomo.

Did you know that AIDs was caused and spread by Reagan not saying the word "AIDs?" It's true, all the leftists say so.

Close down the gay bathhouses? That's bigoted. Basically two ways to get AIDS, get butt phucked by an infected gay dude or share a needle with an infected AIDS drug addict. Was that the message? Nope. Fow Chee was as incompetent with AIDS as he was the chicom crud.

Oh no, I was told that straight, hetrosexuals were at risk for AIDs just as much as gay men were at risk. The CDC would never lie to us would they?
