    I have a couple of friends with surf boats in Lake Sammamish and one with a surf boat on Lake Washington; I got to surf as much as I wanted to without the inconvenience of a boat payment, moorage, winterizing, maintenance, and other aggravations. Just give them $20.00 for gas and bring some food and/or alcohol.
