  Have fun taking an elevator 78 floors every time you want to leave the house or come home. The height alone gives me anxiety, if you have kids or pets, No thank you! I'd take my 40 million and use it to buy a huge chunk of land, build an incredible home on it, have money left to live the rest of my life doing whatever I want, and have money to give to charity. This place is meant for a billionaire that wants a vacation spot when they visit NY every 2 or 3 years 🤣

  I never understand why anyone would pay this kind of money for a home they didn't design themselves. And if they are going to remodel, then they just wasted a shit ton on pointless luxuries that they remove.

  Pretty bad as. About the only thing I didn't care for was the stone on the countertops. Not my style. The rest of the place is quite nice. And what a kick ass view(s). Four Seasons private residence ... when you know you've made it, and then some.
