  Anyone have the stats? The existing government program was essentially siphoned off to the private sector via the 2017 EO. Did that private sector shift yield better results?

  Better to just shut the program down without a replacement. That seems to be Job-Killer Joe’s M.O. just over a month into his term. Eliminate with no replacement plans.
