Not even sure if that happens. This would be breaking new ground for the impeachment and the impact if convicted.greenblood said:
There is some financial benefit if he gets convicted. As he loses these if convicted:Tequilla said:What’s the point of impeaching someone that is no longer in office? Not sure I’ve heard a single good reason other than it keeps Bad Orange Man from running in 2024
1) Office spacing and staffing allowance
2) Annual pension, roughly $221k year
3) $1m annual travel allowance, and former first lady gets $500k
But the greatest benefit is that it creates a distraction from the incoherence and stumbling you'll see and hear on a daily basis from Biden.
it will all go to court. The Supremes will rule in favor of whatever Epstein wants - see previous poast with details about Epstein -
If the chief justice refuses you can't have an impeachment.
Of course no due process already precluded any impeachment.
This is to attract attention while they hand us over to China. -

That doesn’t look like John Roberts at all.
Although the real Roberts looks like a pedophile to me and is obviously compromised in some way. Rewriting Obamacare as a tax was simply a miscarriage of justice by SCOTUS. -
Since he is out that means it is 100% unconstitutional -
Shocker on this...sounds like a trial worthy of a #BananaRepublic

Seems like something that could easily be decided before a trial and subsequent 14th amendment challenge.Goduckies said:

It comes in to play when Trump runs in 2024 and the dems try and sue to keep him out and that assumes he is even convicted. He won't be.
