At least one pundit is saying its a done deal. What a kick in the nuts that would be. Now the real question, will Bob Gregory be a better DC than he was a LB coach

I know we’re all stunned, but look at it from Kwat’s perspective.
1. He’s a Petersen disciple and Pete isn’t here anymore.
2. If you look at what Jimmy’s done so far, has he given Kwat any reason to trust the direction of the program? Imagine Kwat looking at JohnDon in coaches meetings and thinking to himself “why the fuck am I still here? I’m one of the best DCs in the country and my counterpart is this idiot who couldn’t hack it at any of his previous jobs?”
3. He’s been here 7 years, I don’t think it’s crazy to want a new challenge.
I’m really starting to worry about Jimmy, man. I know it’s been said here ad nauseum, but what has he done in the past 12 months to make you feel good about him moving forward? -
We all see Kwat as they ambitionless guru who is just happy to do the job he has chosen at whatever an honest rate would be. The dude's a football coach. He wants to rise to the topMiley_Cyrus said:I know we’re all stunned, but look at it from Kwat’s perspective.

Not wanting to be a HC is not same as being ambitionless. I don't think anyone here has gelded him like that.bananasnblondes said:Miley_Cyrus said:I know we’re all stunned, but look at it from Kwat’s perspective.
