ItalianBlue cheese tastes like mouth throwup to me. Hard pass. If I had to go with a creamy dressing I will take a nice caesar with real sardines.

CaesarCaesar is number 1 for me, especially homemade, with anchovy
Lighthouse Blue for #2, with wings as well
Small shout out for French, it was my Pop's fave, therefore the only one we had in the house growing up -

Ranch is probably next but I’m more of a southwestern or jalapeño ranch person ... particularly in southwestern salads
Probably my favorite salad though is a high end panzanella
