What has Boko Harum done? Attacked a girls' school? The truth is I think ISIS is the most vile and evil group, which is saying a lot because they are mostly vile and evil. SO they would win this competition. Having said that, we need to wipe islamic extremists completely off the face of the earth.

It's shocking there's actually a group out there that makes Al Qaida look like a bunch of boy scouts. Sure they're underfunded, but I wouldn't count Boko Harum out just yet. They have got to be running out of virgins by now.
