With a little investigation and relying on my drug and drink disparaged brain cells, Kwanzaa was invented in 1966 after the Watts riots. Hmmmmm? Kommie was born in 1964. Her family I reckon were instrumental in making Kwanzaa as popular as it is today by celebrating at least 2 years before it was invented.
