Pac 12 title and beat play Oregon or bust, quite honestly.

I’m being serious but toughness needs to return. Pussies like Asa Turner should be crying and wanting to transfer because they get ripped so hard in meetings.

Teams ran all over us. The DL prospects have all been underwhelming so far from Tuli (Small flashes) on down. The redshirt freshman, especially Bandes looked horrible. Keith Taylor needs to gtfo for congratulating Oregon.

We have softness permeating thru the program and it’s a way bigger concern than losing individual recruits.

Its also why the focus on Sirmon is dumb... Dude has improved a lot from last year and if he make a similar improvement next year he will be a above average ILB in the Pac12 (as a RS soph) and has shown plenty of toughness on the field...

The team (especially on defense) has a finesse/soft problem... The interior DL got mauled, the edge guys are pass rushing specialists that struggle against the run or playing disciplined, the safeties are 20 yards off the LOS and are afraid to hit, and the corners outside of Molden (and sometimes McDuffie) are really fucking soft.

In the list of problems with the team the DL and the team mentality are at the top of the list, closely followed by the safety play and scheme.

I don’t think the focus on Sirmon is dumb. He did improve, but he shouldn’t be starting so easily. He’s pretty bad.

I made a lot of typos. Jesus.

Yep it was Spears that I really liked from his highlights. He's incoming Kevin King level. Maybe a bit better at this point.

The whole theory that Jimmy Lake would elevate UW's recruiting took a huge hit, as well. It should have been as easy to pitch UW as ever, but for a variety of reasons it didn't work at all.

Wondering about this. In a short clause, I think you touched on the source of so much spiritual unrest among the UW fanbase.

What is it that made this year such an easy pitch? Right after putting up a good optic fight against Bama, I would have said, yes. But 3 consecutive bowl losses and then 8-5 doesn't seem like a easy peasy platform. There are worse, don't twist. But it takes a talented recruiter. The program isn't selling itself at this point. It still takes recruiting chops to stock a roster at a PNW school because there's not enough local talent in the region and you're never going to keep it all anyway. You have to go far out of state and bring them here.

It's doable, but you have to pull it off and it's work.

However, this program needs to have a great run in 2021 or the momentum has officially flatlined.

Pac 12 title and beat Oregon or bust, quite honestly. The potential is there.

That was supposed to be this season, now we are back to '21 will be special.....

No it wasnt. This season is a clusterfuck.
    Adapt or you’ll get eaten.
