Every one in LA has it but somehow USC football keeps playing. Oregon is truly the only PAC 12 program that actually cares. USC only 75% cares as evidenced by Helton having a job.
I assume teams that care are testing just as much as or more than everyone else, they are just not reporting their positive results. Players with the initial positive results are welded into their dorm rooms for a week and dropped to the bottom of the depth chart. There is no contact tracing quarantining going on, subsequent positives are likewise welded into their dorm room but don't lose their depth chart position. Fake negative test results are purchased as needed eg Saban.

Yep. If you think Oregon had 5 positive tests that were magically false positives right at the beginning of fall camp and then was covid free the entire season, you don't know what caring about football is actually all about
Have You been to USC this century? Its a fucking fortress. I'm sure they let the football team in August and locked the gates behind them. No way Helton letting them wander the post apocalyptic streets of LA.
They keep saying "specifically the offensive line" as being covid infected. I bet/hope their teammates resent them.

Pulled my 500k donation that was scheduled next week. I will donate when this program starts giving a shit. Football has way to many dead weights on the staff and the fact that Jimmy gave them 2 year extensions before the season is when he lost me. Basketball is an absolute mess and no clue how they get that program back on track. Coaching staff probably won’t talk to me anymore but I could care less. This is unacceptable and I won’t contribute to it.

Even applying the ridiculous 14 day quarantine which has no basis in science generally let alone when you are testing everyone daily and quarantining at first positive test or sign of symptoms- how are we giving up now for a bowl 11 days away?
But the real issue is Jimmy and Jen should have been pushing back in the media against King County and the conference months ago. Never happened. Not a peep was heard. Again- should have pushed back regarding rescheduling the championship game or calling it something other than a championship game. Not a peep was heard.
We just gladly submit to the boot as it stomps on our program.
