Kind of a weird offer. Even if we are all of a sudden in need of another TE, we offer a kid from Missouri who has been committed to Missouri for a long time and also holds an offer from Bama.
If we're working the "now that we've shown what a TE can do in our offense" angle, then why not shoot a little higher? -
As much as we're all happily drinking the kool aid right now I still suspect that the staff sometimes have no fucking clue what they are doing in recruiting at times ... leave it for forum nerds to sniff out the details ...
