Ty W left a complete mess after going 0-12 in the 4th season that he was denied at ND
    But, but, 0-12

Sark wasn't a bad hire by USC?

A man at traditionally the 2nd best program in the P12 went 3-11 vs the top 25 his final three years. 7-19 on the road. Last nationally in penalties. 3-25 when trailing at halftime. Those are ghastly statistics -- I cannot imagine USC fans being happy with the hire.

So which one of you guys is "dubIrish" also didn't take no more than one reply before the usual BS came in with "That program was garbage until he rescued them blah blah blah".

Would love to take these screenshots of these Troojs now because you know by the end of the year they'll have turned on Sark.

Holes along the lines took years to fix.

AZDomerFS is the worst of them all.

This whole thread is some giant nightmare flashback to Doogman/twitter arguing with Doogs.

I can so many fucktards buy into Sark. I keep asking myself perhaps I'm missing something but then I see his W-L, his W-L in conference, his W-L against ranked opponents, his W-L on the road and go nope I'm not missing anything.

He has so many people buying into his bullshit I don't get it.

I said it back when the whole hire went down in 2008, whoever ends up taking this Washington job is going to come out smelling like roses. It's a talented roster that is coming off 0-12 so anything you do will be seen as a huge accomplishment. Gotta give Sark credit for jumping on that opportunity.

I think Sark will turn out to be a good hire, as well.

At UW, he was willing to fire his whole defensive staff despite some close personal ties, and then hired Tosh away from Cal. He made those critical moves when his ass was on the line and got it straightened out. He learned recruiting under Carroll. Enough said.

I love the myth of giving Sark credit for hiring this "amazing defensive" staff nevermind the fact he hired the previous one that he is getting praise for firing.

He learned recruiting under Carroll was a good line. Did the dumb fuck forget that the last two coaches they had also were under Carroll's staff? In fact not one of Carroll's former assistants has proven they can coach when away from Carroll.

OP in that thread states the case pretty well...

Sark went 3-11 vs the top 25 his final three years. 7-19 on the road. Last nationally in penalties. 3-25 when trailing at halftime

Troojans are in for a wake-up call this fall. Sark's coaching alone is worth about -1.5 to -2.0 wins per season, maybe slightly less with the current USC roster

So why couldn't Ty do it?

Just curious - I can't seem to remember.
  • I have been taking jabs at Sark/sc fans on Bro since I got banned a few months ago on the SC board. I don't thinks SC fans are all that excited. More putting on a happy face and believing that his recruiting will translate to the field which we all know won't happen. Of course, they love to bring up the 0-12 but have no idea that the 2008 and 2009 teams basically had the same talent. Just spin to make themselves feel better.

I warned them if Sark continues to call plays and OC SC will be in trouble. I still can't believe he took Jonny N to LA. I was rather surprised Tui hitched his wagon to Sark...same with Wilcox and Peter S.

I'm still pinching myself Haden hired Seven...that decision made my decade!

They're whole staff is comprised of the merc/wannabe rockstar-type of coaches. It didn't really surprise me that they would be all over a school like SC like flies on shit. Tui is the only coach that surprised me a little.

I'm sure Petersen quietly told Tui that he'd better take the USC job.

Not me. Tui is totally a Dude Brah type of guy. I'm sure Petersen doesn't want any resemblance to that bullshit culture to poison his team.

I love Tui and think that he could turn into a good coach with the right influences around him ... but I've heard that he's been on some of the Dude Brah excursions ...

300/200 fucking enough said on that.

That record gets more amazing all the time, considering the Tebow, Vince Young, Kaepernick, Cam Newton, etc. have come along since in systems designed for that and still haven't broken 300/200.
I'm surprised it's still lasted. I thought for sure Denard Robinson was going to break it when Rich Rod was his coach. He was putting up some insane numbers.

Locker had a shot against Arizona as a freshman he had a 300/150 and of course UW lost.

Last summer PLSS guaranteed that Mariota was going to break it in 2013.
