He made those critical moves when his ass was on the line and got it straightened out. He learned recruiting under Carroll. Enough said.
I love the myth of giving Sark credit for hiring this "amazing defensive" staff nevermind the fact he hired the previous one that he is getting praise for firing.
He learned recruiting under Carroll was a good line. Did the dumb fuck forget that the last two coaches they had also were under Carroll's staff? In fact not one of Carroll's former assistants has proven they can coach when away from Carroll.
