People think this is more recent than it is. Rush (rip) started in the late 80's when most people assumed what they watched on the nightly news or read in the paper was true. He started showing the built in bias of the mainstream. Then in 94 Fox News came along. The effort to destroy both was remarkable. Then the internet blew it all wide open.
Now Fox is dead and Rush is dying. But the kids are still going strong
The NY Times, WA PO, the three networks, Time, and Newsweek all ran the same stories at the same time for decades. It is what you report and what you DON'T report that makes all the difference -
