Been listening to Crenshaws podcast lately. He’s smart and pragmatic, but not sure he’s ready yet to take a run.
He’s had a lot of different kinds of renewable energy experts on in recent months and is clearly in deep dive discovery mode both on the science of it and the economic impacts. He’s gearing up to be the main house roadblock to green new deal is what I’m sensing. -

Assuming he does lose in 2020 are you of the opinion that he should rerun immediately for 2024?
I think that’s what he will do at least publicly, but ultimately will not make it all the way to 2024 and become a king maker of sorts for whatever party this is now.

You can’t get the band back together with a 4 year gap and independents won’t have the stamina to support that kind of campaign. It would be a circus. Crenshaw top of the ticket. Harris, Noem, or an unknown underneath.

Assuming Kamala will be the president running for 2024 election, I think Nikki Haley is the best bet on the GOP side. She will pull the women vote, and she will also relate better to suburban women than Kamala.
