    Noem, Crenshaw, Haley, or whoever else is in the running as the next GOP darling would be a 2024 frontrunner should Biden or Harris be the dem nominee.

    Trump 2024 would get fucking smoked by anyone. America doesn't do loser retreads.

    Desantis is my guy for 2024.

    I like Crenshaw down the road for sure though. Need a stint somewhere other than the house first.

    Been listening to Crenshaws podcast lately. He’s smart and pragmatic, but not sure he’s ready yet to take a run.

    He’s had a lot of different kinds of renewable energy experts on in recent months and is clearly in deep dive discovery mode both on the science of it and the economic impacts. He’s gearing up to be the main house roadblock to green new deal is what I’m sensing.

    Agreed should not abandon him. Let it play out.

    Assuming he does lose in 2020 are you of the opinion that he should rerun immediately for 2024?

    I think that’s what he will do at least publicly, but ultimately will not make it all the way to 2024 and become a king maker of sorts for whatever party this is now.

    You can’t get the band back together with a 4 year gap and independents won’t have the stamina to support that kind of campaign. It would be a circus. Crenshaw top of the ticket. Harris, Noem, or an unknown underneath.
