No. It was a drunk Trump staffer who blabbed early in 2016 to an Australian official that Trump knew about the knew about the Russian hack. Evidence shows Trump had many contacts with the Russians, "expected to benefit from stolen information," and he never tipped off American intelligence. He engaged in systematic obstruction which Mueller could not charge only because of rules prohibiting it. All of that is impeachable and some of it is illegal. You can keep arguing if you want and lying about it.
