Will be interesting who runs in 2024 and how they campaign in those two states...not sure how a Repub wins without them.
Trump is pretty unique in his ability to appeal to both the generally white working class males and boost republican numbers with blacks and Hispanics. His ability to make it a class election and dodge the race trap is way under appreciated.
The only person that has the same type of outsider populist appeal would be.... someone like a Tucker Carlson?
2024 is a long ways away but maybe a midwest/rust belt candidate emerges? Maybe Jon James, but he is struggling in Michigan and is looking like he isn't going to win. Tim Scott if you want to go down the demographics game?
I think the Cruzs and Rubios shot their shot, Nikki Hailey seem nice but is so Washington polished I dont think she brings much to the table.
IDK, much like the Obama coalition was pretty unique, the Trump coalition was even more. -

Not to go OBK but R's are just the current lesser of the evils because they haven't been trying to oust a sitting president for four years. The whole system is flawed. I side a little more with the freedumb shtick of the R's in tims like these but they're no friend to anyone here economically except @thechatch

When I started police work in Kali the race designation for blacks was Negro. In the race box you simply put a letter, in this case an "N". That changed a while later but it was still in use by the state and feds. More race designations were added. Seems governments like defining us all by race. Divide and conquer!

I'm not here to dispute that the "rules" of when it is or isn't okay to refer to certain concepts, nouns, or otherwise with the term "negro" are confusing at best. If someone were to ask me "is the United Negro College Fund an outdated and offensive name?", I'd say fuck if I know.SFGbob said:

However, I'm going to go ahead and stick to the principle that calling any one person a "negro", in just about any context (and definitely this particular one) is not okay. But hey, if you think the existence of the UNCF gives you a hall pass to say it, then have at it.

A new round of polls all show this state to be within single digits in both the presidential and Senate races, with the two Republicans gaining momentum in the final stretch … or perhaps a couple of the pollsters recognizing issues with their previous voter models. Even if that’s the cause, it still shows Trump trailing by less than five points in the Real Clear Politics’ polling average. -
