Trump could have buried sleepy Joe in the first debate and stepped on his dick. The Russian Hoax couldn't stop Trump, Fake News couldn't stop Trump, Impeachment couldn't stop Trump. Trump himself is his worst enemy, ultimately Trump is going to stop Trump. -

Trump is fucking this all up. No rational voter - at least who he needs to connect with - is going to say "yeah, they should still debate in person while Trump is contagious."
All Trump ever had to do was say "COVID is very serious and my administration is working tirelessly to get it solved. Please take precautions, etc, blah blah blah." He would have walked to re-election, but he can't get out of the way of his ego and can never STFU before rambling on for too long. This is the shittiest Presidential election of my lifetime, the most pathetic Dem candidate in history, and he is fucking blowing it. -

He has to play the game and he's not willing to do so to get re-elected. That's fine, but you know how this shit works. All he had to do was not mock people wearing masks, wear one himself, and give people the impression that even if he disagreed with Fauci or whoever that he at least was taking COVID seriously. Not one single news outlet or Democrat ever, ever, talks about Survival with Covid. Like, never.
All we hear from the “enlightened class” is death. A focus on the .01% while ignoring the 99.9% who never get avid or who survive it. The only answer for Covid lies in mass lockdown and elimination of basic human rights.

I think his personality has become schtick and gotten stale. Some of it can be blamed on the media campaign against him the last 4 years, but COVID has enough people irrationally freaked out that it changed the equation and he has failed to adapt. When people actually think they're going to die you have to make them feel a little bit of comfort, which is not his strong suit. Empathy is not exactly my strongest skill and even I'm surprised at how Trump hasn't figured it out.RaceBannon said:
