The Dazzler is shifting the narrative from bodies stacked like cordwood to long-term health effects of COVID - even though nobody knows WTF 'long-term' effects are six months in to something.

How many unfiltered cigarettes did this Euro smoke in his lifetime?

As an asthmatic, that part of the virus scares me, but for regular folks, they are fine. Let them live their life while I stay home until there is a vaccine.

Lots of “long haulers” were completely healthy.

There is nothing specifically alarming about unpublished data on 33 of the worst infected individuals, only a month after discharge, with no control data showing lung damage.

It would be more surprising if there wasn't some damage post-hospitalization... Almost any standard inflammatory infection that places someone in the hospital, like pneumonia, can leave non-permanent lung damage behind for 6+ months.

Another question is how many were on ventilators and for how long and how much oxygen mix. High levels of oxygen can damage your lungs and yes I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express. Once.

Is this still going on? I thought we'd pretty much given up

The Throbber will NEVER give up the search for the bodies stacked like cordwood. NEVER. Me & OJ - always on the hunt.

I see that you still believe that deaths number is actually corona deaths, instead of motorcycle crashes, cancer, shootings, and heart attacks.
Him and IC both claim the count is understated.

HH is the guy that clicks on the “You won’t believe what this child star looks like today!” links at the bottom If his shitty Slate articles.

I still forget. I forgot to mask up while going to the bathroom while at a restaurant and was stopped. I went back and got my mask but it’s so fucking stupid. I can sit at the table with no mask, but when I get up, well more than six feet away from everyone, I need a mask?
Of all the FS things about 2020 the "wear a mask to your table at a restaurant" thing is the absolute FSest.

I'm not even anti mask. I think they're beneficial and I'm fine with wearing one.

But nobody, and I mean absolutely nobody has been spared COVID because people are axed to wear a mask for 15 steps inside a restaurant where they then take it off and talk and breathe and laugh and live with no mask for the next hour.

    Complete and total performative bullshit.

Toss in the NFL virtue signaling that having a nose guard line up inches from the centers head and then puke all over themselves because coaches aren't wearing masks.

No rakes in the bunkers still. Have had a couple of good putts bounce off the foam cup liner and not go in.

Exactly. I have no issue with wearing a mask on an airplane or in the store or a movie theater, but the fact that I have to wear a mask for the 15 seconds it takes me to get to my table only to take it off for an hour and a half is fucking infuriating. So goddamn stupid.
