So, if you are a Cali resident but going to school at UW, do they just register you in Washington and let you vote in both Cali and Washington? Lots of that going on.

Voted for Nixon in 1972 with an absentee ballot while at Oregon and then in 1976 for Ford while in law school in Salem. Seems like rocket science today, apparently.
