I never liked Colbert. When he roasted GW it was kind of funny. That was about it. He just rolls over and says he believes her now. It would be nice to have some honesty.

How hard is it for Kamala to say, “There are many things I have disagreed with Joe Biden on and he’s made many mistakes in his life and career, but he’s a better option than Trump and I believe that together we can do a good job.”
I’m sure she has a lot of expensive, smart, Ivy League staff???

“It’s a debate” x3 is the best they could come up with to a question they had to know was coming?

It really makes me wonder how people so fucking stupid are simultaneously so successfully manipulative in the establishment politics world.

Sometimes it really does feel like the whole thing is some WWE skit and my old UW Econ professor was right about it all being a fake exorcise where the smart people maintain power indefinitely behind the curtain and parade out stupid people to give the general population an appearance of choice and control.
Trump and Bernie in 2016 showed people are onto it. Bernie eventually bent over and let the DNC fuck him and all it cost was a Cape Code cottage.

Trump is rich so he can’t be bought.

Antifa just kept pushing and now and the far right is engaging. Gonna be rough sledding from here on out for the socialists.
My ID loves this. But, it's not going to be good.

The problem is that this is part of what the Left wants. Then they can play victim with the media as their ally.

They are that bully in elementary school that would run around pinching people and then when they got punched would run to the teacher squealing.
    Yep nailed it

IMO Something horrible is going to happen, the noose will be drawn much tighter as a result...

Still too much slack in the line to tell if people will actually stand their ground/fight back when the noose is actually tightened and push actually comes to shove.
Most degrees of people on the Righty spectrum don't protest or demonstrate very much. Just don't. It appears that inertial resistance is starting to slip in places, which ought to tell leaders & media something. I don't think they're listening yet.

    Dialed-in.

The "anti-racist" narrative, abstract as it may be, is far more powerful than personal security, individual rights, property rights, etc.

This is a very profound point that only the smartest running toilet I know could make. When the militias start marching, shits turnt. They are normally perfectly happy sitting out on their farms reloading and drinking Coors. When they come into town with 3 ARs and the 30 round mags, they aren't content to just talk about it anymore. I hope nothing bad happens, truly, but the constant barrage of Antifa gang attacks on people is wearing thin. As is being out of work. I fear the sleeping leviathon of the armed and serious right is stirring and it isn't good for anybody.

Once rank-n-file GOP'ers starting looking like a NARL rally, except going strapped, we've entered something new.

This election is about the future of the country. One side thinks (perhaps wrongly) that there is a future. The other dreams of Venezuela.

As someone who’s thought Trump was done, I’m getting that sense too.
Hell I had a doubt or two myself. The narrative and social media is strong

    Clearly things are moving

And my life partner er business partner is not a social media guy at all. He's never wavered. He believes America will come through

Still think they will cheat their way to winning. The Left have already rationalized it in their head as Trump is a Russian traitor, racist, sexist, homophobic pig.

Easy for them to convince themselves to fill out a few illegal ballots to “prevent” that when that is the movie playing in their head...

I fully expect a long night like 1960

And yes the results could be the same
