It will destroy fiscal year 2020 already, you will impact fiscal year 2021 without necessarily making 2020's losses back and reducing your marginal gain in 2021 anyway. Only way to make spring work would be a 10 game spring season in Feb/March/April, bowls/playoffs/championship/whatever in May then another 10 game fall season in October/November/December, with postseason in January.
I cunt see it happening.
