Americans support it. Even more would in the safety of the voting booth. Give Biden the bait and let Biden denounce it. Or not denounce it and get the left to turn on him.

No, it's a dumb way to kick the hornet's nest. Nobody who is still on the fence at this point is going to be swayed by that.

Keep shining the light on how radically left/socialist Bidens corpse will be if elected, promise to go after China, and remind everyone he has the ability to turn around the economy the left deliberately destroyed.

This, minus the deliberate destruction part as that’ll be dismissed almost immediately as a fringe theory. That would also be kicking the hornet’s nest

People are closing their businesses based on the whims of politicians and you don’t think it’s deliberate. The entire month of June where millions of Democrat retards were spreading Covid in massive numbers as their Democrat leaders let them shows this is a gigantic influencing of the election. You morons spent three years on a Russian Collusion Hoax and most of you still believe it. The difference is The News has no credibility and people are really starting to suffer over Democrats taking away their homes and jerbs.

I wasn’t arguing the merits over it being a deliberate destruction of the economy.

I was saying that if he starts peddling that theory, it will gain zero traction with anyone on the fence. People who think that are voting for him anyway. He should phrase his economic platform as “look what I did, I can do it again.” I think that sells better than saying there was an effort to discredit him by intentionally putting 46 million people out work.

as Trump was yammering about Biden being a socialist/marxist Biden brilliantly outflanked him on trade and jobs with his economic speech last week. No one believes the caricature of an old white senator who eulogized Strom Thurmond as some radical leftist.

Trump should continue to do the opposite of what people who aren't voting for him recommend

great strategy. That should help cement the 33% that would vote for him no matter what anyway.

I say 33%, and not something higher like 40%, because that was his approval on the Coronavirus response in a recent poll, 67% disapprove.

Everyday. Along with Chris Cuomo, Brian Williams, and Morning Joe. In fact I do nothing but watch cable news.

    Trump's 2020 slogan: Not a Communist.

    Simple.

agreed; that issue is so incendiary, I think you stay away from it until theres' no other choice. it's like I said about Seattle. there are many more moderates here than the average person thinks. the reason they're hard to see is because they're quiet and don't run their mouths all day long like people on the far right and left do. those people amount to votes and it's hard to pin point where they sit on this issue. why bother? Trump loyalists already know where he stands and agree with him on those points. who is he going win over by belaboring that point? Plus, the more he talks about it, the more likely he's going to say something that will not serve him well.

he already has what some think he'll gain by focusing on it, and he won't lose it by leaving it alone.

To be clear the all black blue lives don't matter bullshit has run its course and NOC anymore including me

But the economic damage the pussy ass democrats are inflicting is fair game and the line up of house husbands warning against using it clinches it

5 years ago when the original BLM came out all lives was kind of a snarky reply to it. In the intervening time the violent reaction to something as harmless as all lives mattering is a bad look for Biden 2020

it's the economy stupid. that's the line I'd always go with unless something else more compelling made itself obvious to me. if I were Trump I'd do what Doogles said: I did it once and I'll do it again. law & order is also a good message that resonates with people. he's got that too. WHen Don jumps in hard on touchy 100% social issues he takes some risk becasue he has no filter. Which is fine, because he's not losing his base over whatever he says, he's not going to gain new friends from the enemy camp no matter what he says, but he could pick up some people in the middle if he stays away from the "no upside" subjects. Just one man's opinion.
